New DCS Account Setup Guide

Getting Started With 3 Important Steps

Step 1: Dealer Account Login
  1. In your web browser navigate to dealercarsearch.com/login.
  2. Log into dealer account using the creditials. If needed, you can change your password on the Change Your Password page
  3. Select desired default start page on the Change Your Start Page
Step 2: Verify Dealership Information
  1. Verify, Name, Address, URL, Website Display Name, etc. on the Dealer Information Page
  2. Verify Primary Contact Information
Step 3: Add New DCS User
  1. Add a new User for the Primary Contact via the Employee Page
  2. Setup Lead Notifications if necessary.
  3. Setup and train on User Permssions
System Admin Notes:
  1. Dealer information can be found under the Dealer Account Information page in System Admin. Update to the approriate Dealer ID in the URL.
  2. Dealer username can be found under the Dealer Users page in System Admin.
