SEO Team
- Ideal process - Create a case in Sysadmin and assign to 'SEO Team' with the Reason : 'SEO'. (fastest)
- Next best process - Send email to webteam@dealercarsearch.com and a Team Member will assign case to SEO Team in a first in first out process.(slower but acceptable)
- Poor process - Asking for a dealer request in a direct email, Teams message or phone call. (extremely slow and high chance of being completely missed and/or not documented)
Web Team
- Ideal process - Create a case in Sysadmin and assign to 'Web Team' with the Reason : 'Website Change'. (fastest)
- Next best process - Send email to webteam@dealercarsearch.com and a Team Member will assign case to Web Team in a first in first out process. (slower but acceptable)
- Poor process - Asking for a dealer request in a direct email, Teams message or phone call. (extremely slow and high change of being completely missed and/or not documented)
Support Team
- Ideal process (fastest) - Create a case in Sysadmin and assign to 'Customer Service'
- Next best process (slower but acceptable) - Send email to support@dealercarsearch.com and a Team Member will assign case to Support Team in a first in first out process.
- Poor process(extremely slow and high chance of being completely missed and/or not documented) - Asking for a dealer request in a direct email, Teams message or phone call.
Domain Team
- Ideal process - Create a case in Sysadmin and assign to 'Domain Team' (fastest)
- Next best process - Send email to domains@dealercarsearch.com and a Team Member will assign case to Domains Team in a first in first out process. (slower but acceptable)
- Poor process - Asking for a dealer request in a direct email, Teams message or phone call. (extremely slow and high chance of being completely missed and/or not documented)
Data Team
- Ideal process - Create a case in Sysadmin and assign to 'Data Team' (fastest)
- Next best process - Send email to datateam@dealercarsearch.com and a Team Member will assign case to Data Team in a first in first out process. (slower but acceptable)
- Poor process - Asking for a dealer request in a direct email, Teams message or phone call. (extremely slow and high chance of being completely missed and/or not documented)
* Rule of Thumb: The sooner a sysadmin case is created the sooner it can be assigned and worked by a Support Team member. You may follow up on a case via Teams, email and phone call once the case is in the system.
