General Account Troubleshooting
When taking a call or working a case it is important to make sure a couple critical steps are complete to ensure the best possible success for the dealer.
- Does the dealer have a physical address the business is registered to?
- Does the dealer have inventory with pictures and prices?
Without a verified physical address a dealer will not be found on search engines and mostly likely not have a working export. Same is true with the lack of pictures and pricing. It is important to let the dealer know these are crucial or order to achieve any level of success.
Website Change Turnaround Time
Any website changes (with the exception of Style Changes) by protocol, will take 3-5 business days, from the time the case is added, to complete for the dealer. Due to the amount of time that a style change takes, these will be completed within 7-10 business days.
The only Business Critical exceptions are as follows:
- An address and/or phone number change
- Any error and/or mistake on the website
- Anything that comes from our retention department.
