Leads Management

To add a lead in to Dealer Car search, navigate to Leads, Leads, and UPS and click Add Lead in the top right corner of the page.

There are three requirements for adding a lead first name, last name, and a valid phone number or e-mail address.

It is also important to try to find out where the customer heard of your dealership so that you can fill in the advertising source accurately.

This is helpful for reporting purposes if you ever want to see where your leads are coming from.

When you have finished filling out the required information and any additional info you want to include, simply click the Add Lead button on the bottom left of the page.

Once you add a lead, it will take you to that specific lead summary page.

We will discuss viewing and editing leads in the Viewing and Editing Leads portion of the training.
